gypsy is deprecated

qtpositioning 6.3 still ships the gypsy plugin depending on gconf2. Both are long dead.

• gconf is archived upstream (https://gitlab.gnome.org/Archive/gconf)
• The last gypsy release was in 2012.
• https://code.qt.io/cgit/qt/qtpositioning.git/tree/src/plugins/position/gypsy/qgeosatelliteinfosource_gypsy.cpp#n54 expects geoclue uses gconf. This isn't the case since many years.
