When filling a rect on a screen that has 150% scaling then it is possible that a line of pixels is not filled in

      When filling a rect on a screen that has 150% scaling then it is possible that a line of pixels is not filled in. This is due to rounding errors, when filling it will round up and when clearing it will round down.
