Device Creation Category Update\Remove in Installer

      At the moment, features within the Device Creation category are outside that category, MCU, Android Automotive. The only one left is B2QT. Should harmonize the approach and put the B2Qt component at the same level as MCU and QtAA, and remove the DCE category.
