Using Windows proxy settings behaviour similar to Firefox

      In "Internet Options" you have checkbox "Automatically detect settings" and "Use proxy server for your LAN...". If both are checked Qt uses automatic proxy settings, but if this fails then it does not try to use manual settings like it is done in Firefox.
      Look at qnetworkproxy_win.cpp, QNetworkProxyFactory::systemProxyForQuery() and QWindowsSystemProxy::init().
