Qt WebView: Add support for popup dialogs

    • Android, iOS/tvOS/watchOS

    Description

      Use-cases for mobile platforms:

      • Allow users to download files. (Currently, clicking a download link fails silently. In contrast, Qt WebEngine shows a popup dialog, asking the user to select the download folder and input the filename)
      • Handle interactive authentication requests (see QTBUG-101741)
