startSystemMove is still broken on X11 (MATE)

      Since QTBUG-91077 was fixed, startSystemResize works perfectly. However, startSystemMove is still bugged: it doesn't stop moving process when releasing the button. This is reproducible with the reproducer from QTBUG-91077.
