Mouse hover issues on dynamic layouts

      Mouse hover does not work correctly on dynamic layouts. Wrong item may receive hovered status when a layout containing hoverable items changes while an item is being hovered.

      Minimal example attached.

      Tested on 5.15.8 and 6.2.3
