sha1.cpp is missing in the copy of bootstrap sources.

    Description

      When building Qt with the QT_USE_BOOTSTRAP_SOURCE_COPY flag enabled, the issue with the 3rdparty sources is observed:

      Cannot open include file: '../../3rdparty/sha1/sha1.cpp': No such file or directory

      Looks like it's necessary to copy some 3rdparty sources to reproduce the source folder structure for the bootstrapped sources.
