      3rdparty libs can be made REUSE compliant by adding a .reuse/DEP5 file to the repository. See https://reuse.software/spec/

      The information for this file can be taken from the existing qt_attribution.json files.
      Their format is documented here: http://quips-qt-io.herokuapp.com/quip-0007.html

      It needs to be decided which of the two file formats should be the source of truth.
      Ideally we'd retire qt_attribution.json files in favor of DEP5 and generate our code attribution qdoc files from that.
