    Description

      When using the SQlite3 database. QSqlDatabase::setDatabaseName  An invalid path was set, such as a network disk disconnection. This causes QSqlDatabase::open to block for 20 seconds,
      Even if you set "QSQLITE_BUSY_TIMEOUT=1000", it doesn't work.
