Windows 11: System tray context menu incorrect position on high DPI

    Description

      At higher DPIs and/or resolutions on Windows 11 the QSystemTrayIcon context menu is incorrectly positioned or truncated.

       

      Tested on a 4K monitor at 3840*2160

      Display scaling at 175% or above

      Qt::AA_EnableHighDpiScaling is set

       

      At 175%, the menu moves to the centre of the screen.
      Greater than 175%, the menu is truncated.
