Security switch for disabling html/RichText interpretation

This suggestion is to add a security switch for text displaying classes that support html/RichText interpretation. This would add the ability to control if the object executes the html/RichText or ignores it.

When allowing the user to input text to be displayed, there is a possibility that html/RichText could be entered resulting in loading resources from different locations or using images which break the system or other concerns.
