[zh-tw] Signal should be translated into '訊號' rather than '信號'.

      According to Wiki,

      • In Chinese Mainland (zh-CN), signal is translated into '信号'.
      • In Chinese Taiwan (zh-TW), signal is translated into '訊號'.

      I haven't seen signal translated into Chinese in Qt Creator of zh-TW locale yet. But I've seen that it is already translated into '信號' in Qt Designer. So I suggest that this translation be modified.
