Support remote UI in Boot2Qt

    Description

      The initial Remote UI solution is coming in Qt 6.4 and should be support on Boot2Qt platforms. The component will be commercial-only, which needs to be addressed in the meta-qt6 layer not to cause issues for the open source users.

      Additional dependency for libtomcrypt (https://github.com/libtom/libtomcrypt) needs to be added. There is no opensource recipe available for, one should be created and contributed to a suitable upstream layer.
