Some fonts used by Qt do not provide sufficient height for text elements to display accents on top of capital letters. The accents are either completely cut off or partially cut off.

Issue can be seen in 5.15.8 for macOS devices.

Issue does not occur in 5.15.8 for windows but does in 6.2.2. The issue is rarer but can be seen in fonts such as Sitka Small.
