[Windows] Warning - Unable to open default EUDC font: "EUDC.TTE"

      I see a warning "Unable to open default EUDC font: "EUDC.TTE"" in users logs on Windows 10.
      It's not reproduced for me locally, so I have no idea what is a reason for this.
