dependencies for the autogenerated qmllint target are wrong

As seen in the integrations of https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtdeclarative/+/407831 the qmllint target tries to run before the modules it lints are built.

This doesn't occur if you separately built first the actual target and then invoke the lint target, as most people will probably do. Therefore, low priority.
