window (MenuBar) flickering with QML on Windows

When I build and run the official example TextEditor application bundled with Qt 6.3 on Windows and I try to resize the application window, I can see a lot of flickering. See the attached GIF. Notice the blinking menu bar and black or white stripes by the right and bottom window frame. The resizing is all but smooth and nice. It is a very big let down about QML on Windows. It was built in release mode and run on a medium range Intel i5, 16 GB RAM machine with a dedicated AMD graphics card. So it was not caused by lack of power. Note that the flickering of the menu bar appears a bit different in GIF than it was in reality. In reality, the window of the application behind it was seen through instead of black stripes. Anyway, it was very ugly effect. I tried several other example applications bundled with Qt framework and most of then exhibited similar effects when I was resizing the window.
