tst_qmllint: Move plugin tests into a separate file

      • Move the plugin tests into a new tst_qmllint_plugins target
      • Move the common Result checking code into a separate compilation unit or / header and cpp file that both tests can link against / include in their sources
      • Move the plugin test files into a folder structure like so
        • data/plugins/test/foo.qml
        • data/plugins/quick/bar.qml
