setStylesheet can not work with custom widget and QProxyStyle on Windows

      setStyleSheet can not work with

      custom widget and QProxyStyle

      see attachment.

      if comment out 

          setStyle(new QProxyStyle);

      the stylesheet can work.

      ps, it can work on Linux
