Create different poly count versions of a model for LOD example

Create a 3 or 4 different poly count versions of a model, which can then be used for QtQuick3D example of level-of-detail feature.

The model could be one of these:

• rocky terrain
• building(s)
• sailboat
• vase/statue
• something else - ideas are welcome
