Suggestion for option to turn off QProgressBar busy indicator when it is set to min/max=0

    Description

      It should be possible to explicitly state whether or not the "busy indicator" should be invoked when min/max are
      both set to 0. In other words, it should be possible to set min/max to 0
      without a busy indicator automatically starting to run. When a QProgressBar
      is used as part of a more complex QWidget or QDialog, it is possible
      that min/max are sometimes 0.
