QTextEdit does not render Hebrew correctly

If you enter a Hebrew sentence beginning with a non Hebrew word into QtextEdit it does not render it correctly - so a Hebrew sentence like this:

PDM מכיל 15 גרם חלבון איכותי,

is incorrectly rendered like this:

PDM מכיל 15 גרם חלבון איכותי,

Blackmagic Fusion (I believe is also using QT) displays the same error

To clarify - in right to left text

 this is the Hebrew text beginning (on the right) with PDM"

",מכיל 15 גרם חלבון איכות PDM"

 But it renders like this:

"PDM מכיל 15 גרם חלבון איכותי,"

PDM should be at the beginning  not at the end. I have added quotes and I hope that maintains the correct format
