FEATURE_no_prefix reset to OFF on toplevel build

    Description

      If FEATURE_no_prefix is set to ON in Qt Creator on a developer build, it is switched of during configure. This leads to mkspecs not being installed in the build tree and subsequently prevents qmake from working.
