Update Boot2Qt Renesas support

    Description

      Renesas boards are currently support in Boot2Qt 5.15 and 6.2. Neither are using the latest version of meta-renesas and the proprietary drivers that we have for them.

      Support should be done in boot2qt support layer (https://code.qt.io/cgit/yocto/meta-boot2qt-renesas.git/) to use the latest version of meta-renesas layer and the corresponding proprietary drivers (https://git.qt.io/boot2qt/renesas-rcar3).

      Support should be extended to Boot2Qt 6.4 and 6.3.
