There is a delay after QtWebEngine starts loading a page before QWebEngineView.url() is populated

For a brief period after QtWebEngine starts loading a page and begins making network requests, the URL stored at QWebEngineView.url() is null.  How difficult would it be to change this behavior so that the URL is populated before the first network request is made?
