cetain system commands in pro file will hang compilation forever

# this command will hang the compiliation forever on Windows
DD=$$system(date + '%y.%m.%d' )

check the attached example.

I think the issue is because ,on WIndows ,`date ` behaved differently with linux,
should it add an timeout to the system command.

the example is ok on linux
