Port the qtloader.js to typescript

    Description

      It would be beneficial to port the qtloader.js to typescript. What we'd get is:

      • strong typing
      • intellij
      • potential of easily using npm modules
      • potential of using webpack / other packager
      • potential for calculating subresource integrity automatically using plugins
