Show configuration summary when configuring a Qt repo the first time

    Description

      Even though the first configuration output will be quite a bit longer, it's useful to see a summary of how Qt was configured the very first time.
      Especially useful in CI settings, where it might be difficult to retrieve the configure.summary file.
