qt.qpa.fonts reporting missing font when using emojis

      From Qt 6.1.3+, use of emojis or symbols not in the current font can trigger population of all fonts (taking 500ms+ on my system) and then reports that a font that is actually installed (eg. Menlo) is missing in the console.

      I believe this has been reported around Qt 5.15 but was fixed. It is not an issue in 6.1.2.
