    Description

      c:\Qt\6.3.1\android_arm64_v8a\bin\qtpaths.bat has the following content:

      @echo off
C:/Qt/6.3.1/android_arm64_v8a/bin\qtpaths.exe -qtconf "%~dp0\target_qt.conf" %*

      c:\Qt\6.3.1\android_arm64_v8a\bin\qmake.bat has the following content:

      @echo off
C:/Qt\6.3.1\mingw_64\bin\qmake.exe -qtconf "%~dp0\target_qt.conf" %*

      qmake.bat is correct, qtpaths.bat is not.
