Qt6BundledZLIB.lib isn't distributed

Hello

there is change for distribution of zlib 

in 6.3.0 zlib symbols was part of QtCore lib

and in 6.3.1 it isn't and there is separate static lib for that (Qt6BundledZLIB.lib)

Do build zlib as static 3rdparty library. This makes it easier to
disable warnings.

I don't think that this should be merged into 6.3.1 in the first place

Still qt don't distribute Qt6BundledZLIB.lib for windows in 6.3.1 and 6.4 beta
