QPrintPreviewWidget SVG Repaint Issue

    Description

      When displaying an SVG image in a QPrintPreviewDialog or QPrintPreviewWidget the view fails to repaint the entire image.

      See attached example project. To reproduce the problem, zoom in then move the image around with mouse or scroll bars.
