Support RegExpLiteral bindings in qmltc

    Description

      There are regular expression literals in QML (different from string literals). qmltc should be able to compile QQmlJSMetaPropertyBinding of type RegExpLiteral into something (most likely into QRegularExpression object assigned to property?).
