iOS: TextField has blinking cursor, but no input panel is showing

      • Click on a TextField to gain focus. Input panel will then open
      • Close the keyboard by swiping it down
      • The TextField will still have focus and a blinking cursor, but there is no way for the user to type any text. Moreover, you cannot bring up the input panel again by clicking on the TextField, since it has focus already
