    Description

      The fix for https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-104396
      https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtbase/+/418201
      was incomplete and did not handle qml plugins.

      Static qml qmake projects would fail to build when using our prebuilt binaries (ios, wasm, integrity).
