macOS: Creating multiple windows with each defining same ApplicationSpecificRole menu item creates duplicates that are not even cleaned up on close

      Opening multiple windows where each define a menu entry as a ApplicationSpecificRole creates duplicate entries in the application menu. Not sure if this in itself is already a bug.

      However, when closing and destroying those windows, only one of the entries disappear no matter how many were destroyed.
