Teach Loader (and friends) to load from module URI+typename

    Description

      QTBUG-97156 will introduce the necessary functionality in QQmlComponent in to load any QML type by specifying its module URI and element name.

      This should be exposed in Loader, too. We probably want to expose some value type to pass the combination of URI and typename.
