Enable qt_deploy_qml_imports() to support libraries

    Description

      Currently qt_depoly_qml_imports() supports only executables. Attached example code demonstrates how it could be used with plain QML modules, and how deployment fails.

      By extending the command to support libraries it would be easier to deploy plain QML modules.
