Conflicting qhash-proxy.html files

Multiple modules define and document qHash() methods, that all are marked with

\relates QHash

QDoc now generates a qhash-proxy.html file per module. Since the files are merged into one directory for the online documentation, they overwrite each other. This leads to most links in https://doc-snapshots.qt.io/qt6-6.4/qhash.html#related-non-members to go to the wrong signature documentation.

Proposals:

• qdoc should arguably generate a more unique .html file for related non-members, maybe taking function signature into account?
