Description

Something weird is going on in 6.4-beta2 when I try to stop a flick in ListView and TableView: if I just hold the finger/mouse down the active flick is not stopping. If I however hold the finger/mouse down and move a bit, the flick stops, but jumps back to were I originally started the flick.

Tested on iOS (touch) and Windows (mouse).
