Mac unified toolbar causes main window content area to be calculated wrong

      When unified toolbar is enabled and the main window is displayed with showMaximized(), the toolbar with any action will cover to part of the main widget.

      Build and run the attached Creator project in "unifiedToobar.zip". Note that the calendar is set to stretch to cover the whole content area of the window. When shown maximized, the top edge of the calendar is covered by the unified toolbar.

      This used to work fine with Qt 4.6
