Description
- Change Language & Region settings to have multiple preferred languages, as shown on macos_settings.png
- Open an attached project and run it.
As shown on mimetype_comment.png, the locale is set to en_US but the comment is for the secondary language.
NOTE: Changing the primary language region to the United Kingdom en_GB results in the correct English comment.
In 5.14.2 it returned an English comment with the same settings.
