Client-side decoration doesn't work with Vulkan RHI backend on Linux

    Description

      The bradient decoration doesn't show with QT_WIDGETS_RHI_BACKEND=vulkan. At the same time, input coordinates think that the decoration is shown. I.e. I have to click below the widget I need to trigger it.
