Provide an example covering the HTTPS functionality

The current Simple Example does not cover the use of HTTPS. Today, there are de-facto no HTTP services available. The use of HTTPS is an essential functionality which should be covered by an example for the HTTP server

Certificates required for HTTPS can be referred in the code as placeholders. This is no need to maintain valid certification in the example. Still, the user should get a brief explanation how to use (where to add) a certificate obtained from a well-known authority, for example LetsEncrypt.org.
