qdoc: Generate keywords for \qmltype

      Let \qmlmodule automatically generate keywords so that context help in Qt Creator works for imports, too.

      When pressing F1 in Qt Creator on a known Qt Quick import, no help is shown. Instead, it should open the matching QML module page.

      This can be achieved by automatically generating a keyword:

      QtQuick -> QML.QtQuick
      QtQuick.Controls -> QML.Controls.QtQuick
