Description
The ifcodegen virtualenv from the installer is packaged with an old python version (3.6.8), which causes problems.
https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtinterfaceframework/+/416481 introduced a change to make it work with newer python versions, but caused it to not work with older versions.
