QTextBrowser content isn't readable with screenreader

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      -Add a QTextBrowser with HTML content in any window.

      -Tab to this QTextBrowser

      Actual behavior:

      -Screenreader only announce "Text"

      -If your content contains links, screenreader says "text" when you are tabing to each link

      Expected behavior:

      -QTextBrowser should be presenting to screenreader like any edit field and we should be able to navigate in them using arrow keys

       

      Tools using for testing:

      -NVDA on Windows 11

      -Orca on Debian
