Drawer has one pixel padding by default

This produces glitchy looking layouts. A one pixel padding is neither here nor there - it is smaller than most intentional or default paddings (even in QWidgets, which traditionally assumes larger pixels than Qt Quick, padding defaults are typically several pixels), but still visible.
