Cannot open Esri map

I got an Esri token and I tried to insert it int the Qt's minima_map example but it didn't work.

I modified the Plugin item by setting "esri" as name and by adding two PluginParameters as in the attachment.

Did I miss something?

The map window remains grey and no error message is written to the application output.
